Whiteboard is a creative ideation tool. You can draw, place stamps, add text and notes, use tools to make circles or angled lines and add media for discussions or just be creative. The Media files can be Images, Video, PDFs, PowerPoint and GIFs.
You can add multiple pages to you project, save it and show it to your friends, use it as a presentation and add notes for follow-up meetings, there is not right or wrong way to use it.
The use of PowerPoint files (ppt, pptx) requires internet connection.
Brush and Color
Select a brush with the pen tool and a color in the color toolbar and start drawing. You can always undo or use the eraser.
Add notes by selecting the notes tool and drag out a new note. Simple text is added by dragging on the screen with the text tool selected.
You can add your own image, PDF, PPT, video, YouTube video or even a lesson activity to the project by selecting the media button in the toolbar. This opens a file browser where you can select a file to add it to the board directly. YouTube videos and lesson activities have their own tabs for searching what video or lesson activity you want to add.
Note that adding a lesson activity will use up one whole page in the project.
With the pages menu you can create and load multiple canvases in your session, which is great for when you are running out of canvas space, or if you want to jump between different canvases.
Save and load
You can save your project at any time with the save option in the menu. Using the file browser to select where the project is saved.
Then with the load option you can browse and load your project to get back right where you left off.
You can share your work via e-mail using the 'Share' option from the hamburger menu on the toolbar.
Tap on the 'Share' button, enter the e-mail you want to share to and click on the send button.
